Agnieszka Wiercińska-Krużewska is senior partner and co-founder of WKB, co-head of the firm’s Intellectual Property, TMT and Data Protection practice. She specialises in all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement (including copyright, industrial property, trade secrets etc.), media and telecommunications, data protection, new technologies, IT contracts, cybersecurity, consumer matters, unfair competition, advertising & marketing (including labelling), and protection of personal rights. She is also an experienced litigator and has significant expertise in advising on mergers and acquisitions.
